Privacy Policy

What we collect

• Shop owners: name, email, shop details and billing status. Payment card details are handled by Stripe and never reach us.
• Your customers: the 3D model files they upload, and the name, email, phone number and notes they include when they request a print. Their IP address is stored only as a one-way hash, for abuse prevention.

How we use it

To produce quotes, to deliver print requests to the shop, and to run and secure the Service. We don't sell personal data or use customer files for anything else.

Retention

Uploaded model files are deleted after 30 days. Quote requests stay available to the shop until the shop deletes its account.

Hosting: Hetzner (EU/US). Email delivery: Resend. Payments: Stripe. Bot protection: Cloudflare.
