Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of Threeedy ("the Service") as a shop owner ("you").

The Service

The Service gives automated price estimates for 3D printing, based on files your customers upload and the settings you configure. Estimates are calculated automatically and may differ from the final cost of a print. You are responsible for checking every request before you accept an order.

Accounts and billing

Subscriptions renew monthly until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from the billing page, and cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period. Fees are non-refundable except where the law requires otherwise.

Customer files

Your customers keep all rights to the files they upload. We process files only to produce quotes and send them to you. Uploaded files are deleted automatically after 30 days.

Acceptable use

Don't use the Service to process files you have no right to process, or to get around its usage limits.

Liability

The Service is provided "as is". Our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the 3 months before a claim.

Open source

Slicing uses CuraEngine, licensed under the GNU AGPL-3.0, and printer profiles from UltiMaker Cura (LGPL-3.0). We run CuraEngine unmodified.
